QUANTUM CIRCLE FOUNDATION, INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Quantum Circle’s Board of Directors includes five (5) individuals that have areas of expertise that are invaluable in assisting the Foundation in the success of its charitable activities focused on empowering individuals, families, businesses and communities.

Dan Johnson, Director He has an Executive Masters in Business Administration degree with 25 years in business consulting. His experience includes working with community and national business related agencies such as the Urban League, SCORE, SBA, SBDCs, and EDCs, to support community development and entrepreneurial efforts. He is experienced in ethics training for the workplace. Currently, he is a Financial Advisor with UBS Financial Services, Wealth Management division. He serves as an advisor to the YMI and a board member of Mountain BizWorks. The primary focus in his work career has been to empower entrepreneurs and small businesses to be successful in their efforts.

Donna Johnson, Director She has an MLS degree and extensive post graduate work in Postsecondary Education Administration. She is experienced in strategic planning and development, management, and project coordination. Currently, she is an executive with Wynguard Group, Inc., a business consulting and training company. She served 30 years in education and retired as administrator of a Learning Resources Program in a Florida community college. While in that position, she successfully worked to help organize and promote cooperative efforts between local, regional and state public and private libraries, businesses and agencies to ensure access by any individual to their collective informational resource holdings. She is a firm believer that information/ education is the great equalizer of opportunity and as such has worked to empower people by helping them have access to the informational tools needed for success.

Jan Herrick, Director She has a Masters in Religious Studies and a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology. She has served as a pastoral associate and a spiritual director at a Catholic church. She is involved with an online Masters Program assisting in Ecopsychology and other Transpersonal Psychology courses. She is an accomplished artist and photographer whose works have been shown nationally, and as an art teacher has worked with adults and learning challenged children. She is also a poet and writer of inspirational material. She is co-founder of Stone Circle, an organization designed to empower women. She seeks to empower people through encouraging them to explore their potential and to have the courage to move toward it.

Sherrie Dillard, Director She has a BS degree in Psychology and a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling. She has extensive experience as a counselor, advisor and professional trainer. She presents inspirational workshops all over the world for private groups and business. She is also a noted professional psychic with 20 years experience working with private individuals, business owners, and physicians; she also works with law enforcement on difficult cases. She writes inspirational material and has produced two inspirational CDs on empowerment and meditation. Through her work, she seeks to empower people by making them aware of their potential and showing them how to create the life they want.
