Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c) (3) social service agency incorporated in 2005 that seeks to provide charitable activities that focus on empowering  individuals, families and entrepreneurs, particularly the underserved, through education and support and also to develop an awareness of the value of connecting with others within the local and global community.
