Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. seeks through its charitable activities to accomplish the following: 

* To help people build a better life; reduce poverty and injustice; revitalize communities; support vulnerable populations; improve the quality of life for present and future generations and support related projects and research.
 
* To assist the underserved, at-risk populace in attaining skills, knowledge and motivation necessary to achieve self-sufficiency and to improve the quality of their economic and living environment.

* To remind people of whom they are and their connection with each other, their communities, their environment and the rest of the world.

* To encourage and support the development of structures to coordinate efforts at the local, regional, state, national and international level that focus on similar objectives so that time, money and resources are maximized though a united effort. Quantum Circle Foundation
