Quantum Circle Foundation, Inc. is currently focused on providing charitable activities through its Metro “Community Center” Program to the underserved, at-risk population in selected metro areas in the United States. The purpose of this program is to empower individuals, families, entrepreneurs and communities through education and support of community development.

Many of the activities that comprise this program are provided through a community outreach center located in an area identified by local agencies as one that could benefit from these programs. Major components of the Metro program include the Quantum Business Network (QBN) and the Quantum Community Network (QCN).
